The project was delivered under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract led by the JKC Australia LNG (JKC) Joint Venture, comprising JGC Corporation, KBR, and Chiyoda Corporation. JKC managed scopes for engineering, procurement, and construction of the onshore LNG plant and associated infrastructure.

The ANZ Centre was instrumental in transforming Docklands into a premier financial and commercial hub. Designed as a sustainable workplace, it achieved a 6-Star Green Star rating through renewable energy and efficient systems, water recycling, and innovative cooling technology utilising Yarra River water.
This future-focused corporate development integrates office, retail, and public spaces, strengthening community engagement and connectivity. With its flexible workspaces, high-performance building systems, and strategic links to Melbourne’s CBD, the ANZ Centre set new benchmarks for large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments.
